Caregiver requested to reach out to an elderly woman at home.
Elderly woman picked up the call and immediately said : “我屙唔出個屎，好辛苦.”
Int : 明白 (acknowledged her situation)
Int : Patient said she is having difficulty with bowel movement.
CareGiver continued to ask a series of question to understand the situation better.
About 2-3 mins later… going back and forth answering question
Elderly Woman : 我同你傾下傾，我屙咗一大塊屎啦。舒服好多啦！
Me : 😐😐😐 (In confusion if I should rejoice this moment).
